• Nigel Carson Soccer Schools run from Monday to Friday from 9.00 until 3.30 every day.
• Staff are on the premises from 8.30 until 3.45
• For younger children half days are available from 9.00 until 12.30 for half the price.
• All boys and girls aged 4 – 12 are welcome.

You will receive an e-mail back asking you to post out a cheque to us or to pay cash on the day.
In completing this form I consent my son/daughter to attend the Nigel Carson Soccer School, I will provide any relevant medical information on the first day of the course in writing, in the event of an emergency if I cannot be contacted on the above numbers I agree to my child receiving medical treatment. I also agree to my child being photographed for promotional purposes.
